What it costs

We keep 5%. Razorpay charges its own fee, and we pass that on to you at cost.

Two numbers, and you should see both before you start. InnerOS keeps 5% of every payment a client makes you. Razorpay charges its own fee for collecting that payment and for moving your share to your bank, and we hand you that charge exactly as we were billed it, on its own line, with the payment method named. We never mark it up and we never round it up.

There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, and nothing at all in a month you do not work.

What Razorpay charges, by how your client pays

These are the rates we were actually billed on our live account, measured on 11 August 2026.

• UPI or an Indian card: 2% plus 18% GST, so 2.36% of the session fee.
• An overseas card: Razorpay’s page says up to 3% plus GST. On a real one we were billed 4% plus GST, so 4.72%.
• Moving your share to your bank: 0.25% plus 18% GST, so 0.296% of your amount, charged on each transfer.

The same session paid on an overseas card leaves you 1,800.27, because Razorpay charges more to accept that card. Our 5% does not move. Only their line moves.

Your payout depends on how your client pays

This is the part a single headline number hid, and you would have noticed it anyway. Two clients can pay you the same 2,000 rupees and land you different amounts, because one tapped UPI and the other used a card issued outside India. You do not choose that and neither do we. What we can promise is that you see which one happened: every payout is itemised, our 5% and Razorpay’s charge on separate lines, with the method named.

If a session is refunded, you keep nothing and you also owe nothing. Razorpay does not return what it charged us to accept the payment, and we absorb that. A refund costs you no money.

We earn when you earn

A subscription would ask you for the same amount in a full month and an empty one. Practices are not steady in that way. A slow season, leave, a stretch of illness, or a deliberate pause would all still cost you.

A share of what you earn moves with you instead. In a quiet month it is small. In a month with no paid sessions it is nothing. It also puts us on the same side of the table as you. We are paid when your practice is paid, so the work we do next is the work that helps you get booked and get paid.

What our 5% pays for

The front desk: your booking page, the scheduling, the WhatsApp confirmations and reminders your clients receive, the video sessions, and your client records and session notes.

It also covers the work you do not see. Payouts have to be reconciled, failed payments chased, and client data held securely and lawfully. That work continues whether or not it is a busy month for you.

What it does not cover is Razorpay. They are a separate company charging a separate fee for moving money, and that is the second line rather than something folded into ours.

Both come out of your payout, not your client’s bill

Your client is charged the fee you set. If you price a session at 2,000 rupees, that is what they see and that is what they pay. Nothing is added on top of it at checkout.

Our 5% and Razorpay’s charge are both deducted from the payment before it reaches your account. Every deduction is itemised in your payouts, so you can always see exactly what was taken, by whom, and when.

What you are not charged for

There is no charge for the pages, the reminders, or the records themselves. A free session costs you nothing, because there is no payment to take a share of and none for Razorpay to process. If you stop using InnerOS Practice, you stop paying for it.
